Unit Amenities
All units are air-conditioned, have television, VCR
with free movies, a microwave and full kitchen with dishwasher. 1 Bedroom
loft units, maximum occupancy 4, have 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa and 1-1/2
baths. 2 Bedroom units, maximum occupancy 6, have 2 queen beds, 1 sleeper
sofa and 2 baths. Those who have difficulty with climbing should be aware
that all units are accessible by a flight of approximately 16 stairs. There
are no elevators on site. The first floor of each unit includes the kitchen,
dining area, living area and a bath. The second floor includes the bedroom(s),
bath and linen closet. Vehicles park under the unit and are allowed to drive
on the beach. There are no phones in the units, so bring your cell phone;
however, a public phone is available on-site. Sorry, no pets are
allowed.

We stayed here last summer and two years ago, we stayed
here during Spring Break. We loved that it was so secluded! The beach was
great and not crowded! Our whole family (grandma included) played a sand
football game right on the beach and had a great time! Our teens met up with
some teens from Canada and built a mini-bonfire in the sand pit every night
and sat out there and talked until the wee hours. It was still nice and quiet
on the balconies and felt like a safe, worry-free place to take the kids.
This past summer, we took our little neices, (ages 3 and 5) and they loved
boogie boarding in the ocean and swimming in the pool. We really enjoyed
our stay!

Located right on beach. HUGE square footage with covered
parking. Must use two flights of stairs to enter townhome. Very quiet location
with not much to do but lay around by the pool or beach. Nice on inside with
four balconies to watch the water on the gulf or bay side! Well supplied
with micro, oven, full fridge. Only had to bring beach towels. Bedding and
towels are all provided. Nice place. Highly recommend as a place to
relax.
